As of a few days ago, when I push my menu key I get a message on the screen that says "Feature Not Supported". The only way that I am able to access menu items is to use the search function. Not the ideal way to access all the functions and features of the device though. I've tried the usual ways of resetting my phone (removing the battery and holding down the power key and factory reset) without success. Any other ideas on how to restore the menu?
