The Phone Pilot application is not only an answering but a powerful tool that supports call divert, SMS answering and personalized profiles. I personally have been testing this app on my E51 for almost 6 months now and I am very pleased. Before, I had to always send busy tones and I would forget to call back, now I just listen to my audio messages.

But, there is something you should keep in mind, not everybody knows the difference between voicemail and an actual answering machine. Personally, I had to state in my message that this was an answering machine and not voice mail. The difference between them is that the later is a service from your network operator that both parties pay for.
